In 1998, Torres became the first company in its area of activity with the ISO-9001 certification issued by Veritas Quality International (BVQI). The Bureau Veritas is an international group dedicated to development of services for conformity assessment in the areas of Quality, Safety and Occupational Health, Environment and Social Responsibility, present in 140 countries and more than 700 offices and laboratories, taking more than 280,000 customers worldwide.
